RF seems to be of significant influence. At present I am running my SB into a DPA Little Bit 3 (See the brochure page here: http://www.acoustica.org.uk/DPA/DPA_brochures/pages/Scan10010.htm) where 'extensive' RF filtering was engineered. The DPA has a very good sound, and I will only replace it if I hear something significantly better! Maybe the new Rega DAC at £498 would be a candidate here - it looks very well built. And although more expensive - from a friend I have heard that the Blacknote DACs from Italy sound superb albeit a more pricey alternative -- stop-spinning ------------------------------------------------------------------------ stop-spinning's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=43254 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=84903
