My recommendation is to not cancel the Rega Dac---it's well worth a listen and has, what I believe, is a sound all its own. Whether you like it or not can only be known by listening. Wait for it to arrive, set it up and have a good listen---give it at least 2-3 weeks as many have commented that there is a noticeable difference after the first week or so (or equivalent 40-50 hrs of playing).
