Unfortunately, the returns policy at Wyred4Sound doesn't encourage buy
to try. http://www.wyred4sound.com/terms.html

I have just purchased the Rega DAC and I am very happy with it. Like
others have said, it is very organic, life-like and musically
involving. I eventually sold my Benchmark DAC1 since I found it a bit
edgy and relentless even after using it for more than 18 months. The
Rega DAC is in the opposite camp from my experience with the Benchmark.

Who knows whether I might not have eventually preferred the Wyred4Sound
DAC2 if I could have auditioned one for a few weeks, but I was afraid of
another extremely detailed but ultimately unmusical experience, with no
easy way to reverse the purchase decision.
