I'm really unsure about the "solved" comments. Yep, it sure is working
and your explanation re mismatching output of the Transporter / input
of pre makes sense, but that exact combination was operational just a
few days ago. Time will tell.

Suffice it to say, that the testing session of playing the initial
stages of a few tracks rapidly became a full on, lay back, feet up
listening session. Whilst I'm a dyed in the wool vinyl fanatic, the
Transporter produces the best sound from all other digital sources I've
listened to.
