hello from one of the "originals". i replaced my Transporter while it was still one of the best streamers with an off the shelf purchase = Linn Products Akurate DS this one box solution does what it's designed to do and with some aplomb!,it is fed by ethernet and handles up to 192khz/24 bit audio mostly Flac in my case from a Synology NAS. i still use LogitechMediaserver via a plugin called SKWEEZYDS.......it's NOT perfect but it works. i use my phablet (samsung galaxy note3) to control things via BubbleDS Android app.
