Agreed. There's little point in saying "I've never had a problem,
therefore it must be OK.' It's only when you have a problem that you
understand that nobody is listening.

PP has instant payments but trying to get a refund or reversal for
some mistake of theirs is close to impossible and in any case, very
very slow.

Ditto Ebay. There's a button on one of their appalling user account
side web pages which says 'Print Label' or something like that. What
this actually does is print the equivalent of a postage stamp which
you pay for. Until you click it, you don't understand this because
there's no help or other information to describe the button function.
That's OK but there's no way of cancelling this charge other than
waiting more than 30 days for a refund… by which time most people will
have forgotten to check!

I use PP and eBay and Telstra but only because there's no easy
alternative. And I dislike them all!
