I just remembered what my new best example of really crappy service is… GoPro.

12 months warranty on the cameras and no repairs. We had a GoPro sit
in the draw for a year and then refuse to start… probably when half
way up to Burketown.

After trawling the web discovered that the solution was to put the
camera in a bag and put it in the freezer for some hours and then run
through some Druid ritual… and it actually restarted. Last GoPro I
ever buy!
