We all have short memories! Peter raised this once before in one of his 
diatribes and was corrected along exactly the same lines by another member of 
the committee who participated in the deliberations. Some people have 
selective hearing or else just don't want to hear anything that contradicts 
their view of the world. Actually I thought he'd gone off flying model 
aeroplanes - quite disturbing that he's back with us.
