Interesting Thread guys,
Hope you are both laughing when you read each others posts...hate to see any
nasty dummy spitting..leaves horrible marks on the walls.
hehe
<snip>
Just like the pommie aviation industry I don't have the necessary skills or
experience to design and/or build anything capable of safely carrying one
man, let alone several.

>I've flown early Vickers designed a/c and by today's criteria they should
>never have flown with pax on board.
Thats what they call technological advancement huh? :o)
Sorry Eric, I commend you for your courage and honour, but lets face
it................if the pommies were so good at designing and building
aircraft, why did they let the French stuff up a near perfect
design......the Concorde. Or did the French allow the poms to stuff up
Concorde.
HA.. the FRENCH let the Pommes Stuff it up? No not at all, What decent
Aircraft Besides Maybe (time will tell) the Airbus have the French Designed?
Come to think of it, The only decent project these two countries have been
involved with, would have to be the Tornado. Would the only reason it is a
success be that the Italians were involved? Nah..pure fluke, just look at
thier cars.
Being a Panel Beater, and having had the misfortunate oppurtunity to work on
these supposedly wonderful European Cars, I can only feel that the Euros
have not one iota of what a decent design is. I outright refuse to work on
anything that has come from Europe. There are far easier ways to give myself
a headache, like bashing my head with a hammer.
One Example only... Holden Vectra V6..Opel Designed and built. Radiator
removal requuires, removal of Front Bar, Headlights, and lower of the Engine
K Frame, then you remove the whole lot as a unit including Air Conditioning
Condensor and cooling fans. But thats ok, if you want to do an oil filter
change you have to lower the whole engine about 8 inches :o)
Yep the Europeans are the best...no sarcasm whatsoever
PENETRATION must only be performed when you are in full control.
Well I do beg to differ, but thats a different thread, for a different list
hehe.
Regards
Jason Pigdon
