Leigh, I don't recall mentioning Platypus before.
I quite enjoyed Terry's response to my somewhat rude and challenging remark
about Platypus and GFA. Its the first time I have heard some reasonable
argument about the way GFA thought through the process.

I haven't flown a model aircraft for five or six years. Having achieved
GOLD WINGS, INSTRUCTOR quals, LSF level 4, with most of level 5 completed,
I chose to continue flying gliders and powered aircraft. My family
situation and finances didn't allow for both real and model flying. Is that
so bad?
Maybe you would like to explain why you are disturbed by me being "back
with us".
I am loud and abnoxious quite often, but my thick skin has survived so far.
And I don't think I have injured anyone, YET.
Maybe some jealousy within you has been PENETRATED by some or all of my
words. It certainly can't be by my actions.
