As part of the organisation for the Qls Soaring Assoc Easter Comp 2004,
Brian and I are working on producing a complete turn point list which
will (as far as is possible) consist of air fields/strips - and the data
will include the altitude.

We are also intending to verify the location wherever possible using a
ground visit.

At this year's Easter Comp, the QSA undertook to coordinate a TP list
for SE Qld which would be used in all future comps in the area - and any
work we do will contribute to this effort.
