Better let us all know the appropriate regulation number when you find it.


The problem isn't the non OEM parts it is the pretence that the gliders
have valid standard Airworthiness Certificates. There are ways around this
for gliders not used to carry fare paying passengers.

It isn't even a CASA problem. CASA has been directed not to care.(As
someone told me yesterday CASA has been aware for years that the GFA has
been giving major repair authorities to cowboys and done nothing about it)
It is between you and your insurance company.
