What accidents were caused by TCAS? It also comes with training for the pilots who are told about the logic it uses.

I never did get a sensible answer to " if the threat is at 2 o'clock but on a trajectory that will cause the final collision from 11 o'clock what will the FLARM show"
This was  brought up on the FLARM site on the forum.

Harry
brought up a point on his accident, had he known the guy was behind him he
would not have hooked into the thermal or if he did probably with extra
caution.

You need to see the flight logs superimposed before making any comments on that. Have they been generally released?
