I have read that thanks. "Changed requirements This Operations Directive removes the requirement that pilots must hold a Silver C Certificate and replaces it with "C" Certificate." Unless I'm misreading it, that directive simply makes getting level one independent ops easier to get. In my opinion it's a very good step in the right direction, but it doesn't really address the issue of responsibility. Straight from the MOSP: "A club issuing Level 1 Independent Operator authority to a person is responsible for that person's operations, even when the person is operating independently. ". cheers, Al
