Looks like they are doing an electric C172.

If anyone manages to de-encrypt the pdf of the 
Feb 2011 Flying magazine article linked on the website please let us know.

I saw the article in a newspaper shop yesterday. 
The electric propulsion seems designed to allow 
and hour or so in the circuit /training area at a time.
