There's one more problem with certification and it is one that isn't obvious:
How many good ideas aren't even started because the certification
process is too daunting and expensive?

BTW a JS1 was bailed out of in the USA a few days ago. Broken rudder
cable leading to rudder hard over is the best guess so far. Pilot OK.
