Maybe I am old fashioned but there is something about the unlimited life of
the Pawnee/SuperCub/ASK13 construction ie steel tube frame (so long as no
rust). and fabric wings. I I always treat frame INCLUDING canopy frame with
a mix of fish oil and linseed oil.  I am afraid some Pawnee operators 20
years ago did not even do the struts AD yet it was signed out  (think it
was rev 5 or 6) and thus we all had a major issue either regular xrays or
replacing struts.
