Alright, no worries. This is just an editing disagreement, it doesn't have 
to be a big deal if we don't want it to be. :-)

But you see, they weren't meant as cuts. I didn't mean to say "delete all 
these", but rather "put this elsewhere". And I suggested appendices. It's 
not about the content, it's about the best place to put it.

Yes, no one doubts that.

Fortunately we have Jean and Janet here with us. They know what they're
