I haven't read all of this discussion yet, but I do think with some
CC licenses there is a huge problem: They are considered non-free
by the Debian project, because they are not compatible with the
Debian Free Software Guidelines. 

I really have not contributed enough to object to your license,
but I'd rather have a Debian-compatible license.

I have not looked into this, but I think it would be a unwise
decision to restrict distribution that way (may not only 
be relevant for Debian, but also for other derivatives)

If you consider this important, I would suggest asking
on the debian-legal mailing list.
