As Daniel said, using the OOo Notes and Changes features are the best

up on the list...but the best way to get it considered by the author is
to use the Notes and Changes features.

In Alan's original note, he said:
You'll also have to forgive me for not following procedure for the time being, since my computer is really not in the best of states atm, and blatantly refuses to let me upload, so I can't submit my modified version to the site as the procedure suggests I should do.

I interpreted that paragraph to mean that Alan did use Notes and Changes, but he could not upload the file so we could see his changes and notes -- so he chose to send an email rather than let it sit around for a few days. I think that was a very good solution to the problem.

Meanwhile, I took the file to put in Alan's suggested changes, but I haven't had a chance to do that yet, so I can take your further comments into consideration at the same time. Or would you like to do the honours? (I don't mind either way.)

Cheers, Jean
