The advantage of '... with Base' is it names the product and provides symmetry with the other chapters. The advantage of '... with Database' is it'll be more meaningful.
One idea (I'm just brainstorming, this isn't a suggestion):
Change all titles to:
Getting Started with <Component>: OpenOffice.org's <Clear description>
For example:
* Getting Startd with Writer: OpenOffice.org's word processor
* Getting Startd with Calc: OpenOffice.org's spreadsheet
* Getting Startd with Impress: OpenOffice.org's presentations
* Getting Startd with Draw: OpenOffice.org's vector graphics
* Getting Startd with Base: OpenOffice.org's database
Well, IIRC that's the way I have done them (or something similar) except the one for Base, which I forgot to do that way. So obviously it's a good idea. :-)
