This is a running joke between Chad and I. Surely you must have realized
that "Lord Captaing Commander" was in jest. You need to have been around
a year ago in the discuss list to understand it. It's an inside joke. It
started when I was running for Community Contributor Representative in
the OOo Council and I joked that my first action would be to change the
title to "Lord Captain Commander of OpenOffice.org" and require people
to clang a pair of cymbals after saying it (that's the "ding" after the
title). This title in turn was taken from my favourite book series (The
Wheel of Time). This in turn led to Chad calling me some variation of
that title every once in a while. Usually when we disagreed on something.
Incidentally, I did get elected as CCR, but I didn't push for a title
change :)
