That was a bit of an overstatement. Re-reading it, I realise
it could be taken to imply that others had not made equally
valuable contributions, or had not made many. I did not
mean that, and I apologise if it sounded that way to anyone.
Many excellent ideas have come from others, esp. (but not
exclusively) on the German side, and I'm sure I'm not even
aware of what all those good ideas are.
And of course nothing would have been accomplished were it
not for all the great volunteers who have contributed so
much time and energy into writing the books. Good ideas
are necessary, but not sufficient, in this or any other
endeavour.
So I'd like to thank everybody at OOoAuthors for all their
work, be it a little or a lot. You are all valuable, and
I appreciate you all. I also appreciate the trust you have
put in me as one of the editors and publishers of the chapters
you have written.
