[authors] OOo 2.1 is available for download

In case you missed the announcement elsewhere, OOo 2.1 is now 
available for download from the main page at OOo. AFAIK, it's the 
same build as for OOo2.1RC2, so if you got that one you probably 
don't need to download the offically released one.

I haven't had time to go through the release notes to see what if 
anything is new or changed that will affect the existing books. 
If you spot something, please either fix the affected chapter or 
let the list know so I or someone else can do it. Thanks!

I do know of at least one addition to Impress (support for 
multiple monitors), which fits into the chapter I'm writing this 
week. Good timing! :-)
