As always, published chapters can still be reviewed (and I'm sure
the index needs improvment; my indexes always do) and the book
will be updated as changes are made. Also -- Peter, I know you
are working on a set of replacement screenshots; when you have
them done, then I will update the published chapters.
Thanks to everyone who has helped with this book. We are getting
close to having a full set of books completed (except for the
Base Guide), and I think this is a very exciting prospect.

Thanks to you for all your efforts without which it wouldn't have been
possible to get this far.
I will be glad to help with the indexing if you tell me what I have to do.
I am collecting issues from the oooforum and the users mailing list.
once we reach a critical mass I will start proposing updates. So far
apart from the music playing over the whole presentation other issues
I have collected include (from memory):
- apply effects to a slide master
- create custom slide layouts (very popular)
- various handouts issues
- terminology consistency
- hyperlinks and imagemap in presentation mode
- macro recorder
- lack of character style
Hopefully some of those will be resolved in OOo2.3.
