As always, published chapters can still be reviewed (and I'm sure the index needs improvment; my indexes always do) and the book will be updated as changes are made. Also -- Peter, I know you are working on a set of replacement screenshots; when you have them done, then I will update the published chapters.

The full set of screenshots for Chapters 1 to 6 are now in the Impress Feedback directory. Sorry for the delay: it was a lot of work compensating for all the changes necessitated by the chapter re-numbering.
I will continue with Chapters 7 onwards, unless advised otherwise. Regards Peter HB
