Best way is to download and Retract each chapter just before you
start work on it. Retracting a chapter marks it as "Visible"
instead of "Published", which means that someone's working on it.
If you've already downloaded all of them, then I guess I'll just
have to promise not to touch them until after you've put them
back. I've got more than enough to do on other things!
4 Should I update the full Guide as well, or will you rebuild it from
the chapters?
