That's a first!
I have uploaded an alternative version for the new section on list styles in Chapter 6.
Before I do any more graphics I'll wait for the dust to settle. I number the images in accordance with the figure numbers and it's a nightmare inserting some "in the middle" and having to re-number the rest.
