I have not used revision marks because I moved around several sections
to (try to) make the chapter better structured and more readable. For
example the description of the table toolbar is now at the end of the
chapter when the reader has familiarized him/herself with what the
commands are used for.
I have also separated the formatting into two distinct components:
1. formatting of the table
2. formatting of the text in the table.
I have adopted the new template too.

Didn't the theme change in the newer version to some form of aqua from
the XP silver. All of my screen captures lately reflect the aqua theme.
