I've now collated Gary's changes with my previous version, along with 
fixes to a few other problems I noticed while doing that, into another 
version of the draft template.

Meanwhile, lest you think I'm spending on my time fiddling with the 
template, I've started serious revisions of the Getting Started Guide 
and have a draft of Chapter 1 ready to upload. I'll write a separate 
note about that in a few minutes.
