When the files are converted into MediaWiki, more cleanup work is needed to change those tables into the frame-with-caption style used on the OOo wiki.
What works best for files shared outside the OOo project isn't necessarily the same as what works best (overall) for files used within the project... which is, obviously, the priority at OOoAuthors.
