Anyway, since it is getting late on this side of the world I will
upload the revision 9 of the template tomorrow (maybe I will spot some
more mistakes in the meanwhile).
I had intended to have the OOoCopyrightPage paragraph style use the
same "spacing above paragraph" as the OOoHeading 2 style, but I forgot
to fix that in the template file.
