Actually, now that you mention it, that does sound like a much better
idea. My addition could be compressed into a Note format, with a link
to the Appendix, which would certainly be much more streamlined.
I've just looked at what you wrote (about choosing toolbar icons from
the list). IMO, that level of detail is just right for the place
you've put it. When I read your earlier note, I was thinking of the
more complex method that uses Tools > Customisation to add commands to
the list -- a much more advanced topic, at least for many (most) users.
Let's add another sentence about the more advanced customisation,
pointing to the new Appendix for details.
