Ok, that seems a major problem: the possible variability of the data source (odt). Just considering (as I'm only a rudimentary programmer): the principal thing what the Cleanup does is a complex search&replace (over line endings etc.). Any chance to tune it to a "real" s&r extension? It would be a killer! Regex syntax should be good enough as one can use \n or \n\r or something similar for all the different line endings. And \l for whole lines.
