Hmm still seems lik it does mipmapping on low quality (or looks better)...

To answer the original question, if you want your graphics to be faster I
have noticced texture size, amount of colors (gif vs png) and transparency
all play a factor in speed. So smaller, less colors will play faster (and
will take up less memory) than a larger bitmap
