the 3.0.0 branch has been updated with the latest source, and should now contain the missing features you were after. 3.0.0 is intended to be a stable version of Away3d for compiling in cs4. teh flash10 branch is more of a development branch, so there may be additions that break functionality as updates are gradually made.
