Hi New to this group and not a programmer by any means - so please be patient.
We have created a stylised map of the UK in Cinema4D and use Away3D in Flash. Occasionaly and for only a few people on certain machines or in certain locations the map 'breaks' it's been described as broken glass. The polygons become random leaving a view with the UK made up or triangles going in every direction and being unrecognisable as the UK. We've remade the model but the same people are getting the problem. I suspect either corruption in downloading or maybe a display driver conflict - fact is I haven't a clue where to start. Help!!! All suggestions welcomed. R
