this is definitly no away problem, neither a corrupted file.

just to make sure, tell me: the computers you talk about are they not only windows machines?
and they do run XP and they have a certain version of the directX?

We've remade the model but the same people are getting the problem. I
suspect either corruption in downloading or maybe a display driver
