For the BBC race guide, I got same, or lets say, I got very similar weird issues. testing here on many machines, I found out this was happening only of certain machines
but allways machine running XP.
There is something in the player that is conflicting somehow.

the problem was also very weird, each reload showed different artefacts.
It was happening when some filters were applied.

My fix was simple, and lucky, I've isolated the 3d from the filter using extra layer
