yeah i know, :p not very good on english, lets say an example: im in a desert, i have a fog filter to simulate a sand storm (yeah right, not for preformance, sure...), the problem is the camera goes into the fog, i want to the fog moves with the camera.
and as usual a .swf says more than 1000 words http://www.ierafaelperez.co.cc/Advanced_SaltFlatsFerrari.swf move back, with down arrow key or the "S" key. to go the center the map is bigger this is just around 6300x6300, try to go to the center of the map, there stuff out of position but the important thing is the idea, when you go to the edges of the map u get sand screen, dont see anything, i want the people to always see the scene+fog like when youre in the middle.
