The start for realistic low-poly objects is to research "baking
textures" and "baking normals" on this and other Away3D forums.

You will need to bake: textures, normals, and, optionally, lighting
and/or ambient occlusion.  Blender 3D has a pretty good system (if
difficult to get right) for this, but PreFab3D is also a new product
that can do a lot for you.
