Yep, did the whole thing in flex builder 3, and that is the default
preloader.  I was avoiding Flex at first (unnecessary size), but I
eventually submitted once I had a need for some of the basic
components it has, particularly the TitleWindow that I use when you
click on "FLAR".

I'll have to dig through some old code, but I know I did an AS3 only
preloader a while ago.  I'll let you know if I find it.  The opening
sequence is my favorite part too.  I'm a programmer professionally,
but I'm finding more and more as I play with this 3d stuff that I
really enjoy the more movie-like aspects.
