In my case, the viewport breaks when I just try to rotate the camera sometimes, and a lot more often when I zoom in close and rotate the camera. Turning lighting on seems to make this easier to break as well. The strangest thing is that it worked perfectly before the last update for me.
One other interesting issue is that it takes my obj. from Maya and mirrors them along the x-axis as well.
