What is it that you are trying to do? If you want the camera to not look at the object when you move and scroll off-screen, you'll have to use a different type of camera. A TargetCamera will always look at the targeted object, which means that without any other frame of reference (other objects, a background, anything) it will always appear to be slowly backing away from the object in question.
