I don't know for sure.  I did get some errors as well when I tried to "fake
up" a WSDL based on your file.  I suspect there are a few things about the
WSDL that aren't quite right.  My suggestion is to have a look at Cape Clear
WSDL Editor.  This is a subset of the overall Cape Clear Studio and is
freely downloadable.  The huge benefit I see from this tool is that it helps
you create valid WSDL in a more intuitive way.  There are other tools such
as XML Spy, but the WSDL design part isn't as rich as the Cape Clear tool.

My WSDL file contains the following
<wsdl:types>
    <xsd:complexType name="in">
        ........
    <xsd:complexType name="in">
        ........

type definitions. Is something wrong with that.
