Vivian, The link Jessica provided has only the port of Ponta Delgada online. Most people sailing from there were living on S.Miguel and Sta. Maria islands. I do see a few other islands. I think many of S. Jorge probably left from Angra on Terceira, but since I don't research S. Jorge, I'm not 100% sure. So don't worry if you don't find them leaving from Ponta Delgada, Sao Miguel island. They may have left from another port.
