It depends on the time period of the record.

The archives has certified and simple photocopies only.  I don't remember
the cost of certified (haven't ordered any in awhile). Maybe it was $12-$15
last time I checked.  Others who have ordered recently can give you the
exact cost.  I think photocopies are under a dollar, more like 50 cents.
You can of course write all the stuff down on paper and organize it
yourself.  You can enter it into a genealogy program on the computer.

Many taxi drivers double as guides.  There are people on this list that can
recommend some.  Basically you ask what they make in a day and you pay them
that. Maybe the last time I did this, we paid $100?  Shirley A, do you
