We have the Mexican style of Chourico here in Spring. I have tried it but the meat is ground so you don't know what they put in it. The flavor is OK but it does not compare to the Portuguese style in texture, aroma and taste. The Mexican style works good in chili. My last trip to New Hampshire I came back with 5 lbs. of Fall River Chourico in my luggage.
