Silva linguisa is the best, very low in fat and great flavor and seasoning. You can also find it at Save Mart. in Auburn, CA. I've had many other linguisas but it's by far the best!!!! I think Truckee has a Raley's. Raley's usually carries Portuguese linguica or chourico. I believe they carry the Silva brand.
