George, it;s formal name is The Church of England in Portugal. Anglican 
Chaplaincy Ponta Delgada - the Congregation was later named St George's 
Church. I believe there are three (3) manuscripts on (35mm) microfilm. I'm 
not sure how to access the film by computer, but, perhaps you can on the 
LDS Family History website.
